Ingredients:

  • Kpapo shitor
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Spring onion
  • Onion
  • Bell pepper (the green type)
  • Oil
  • Salt

 

Procedures

  1. Wash all the vegetables
  2. Blend te Kpapo shitor, garlic, ginger, onions, spring onions, and bell pepper.
  3. Put oil on fire and bring it to heat.
  4. Pour your blended vegetables into the hot oil and stir occasionally.
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Add maggie cube (optional).
  7. Keep on low fire to reduce the moisture. It can be eaten with rice, banku, or kenkey.

 

Note that you can add any other spice of your choice. Enjoy!!
