- Kpapo shitor
- Spring onion
- Bell pepper (the green type)
- Wash all the vegetables
- Blend te Kpapo shitor, garlic, ginger, onions, spring onions, and bell pepper.
- Put oil on fire and bring it to heat.
- Pour your blended vegetables into the hot oil and stir occasionally.
- Add salt to taste
- Add maggie cube (optional).
- Keep on low fire to reduce the moisture. It can be eaten with rice, banku, or kenkey.
