Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Cloves
  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Banana/Apple or Lemon essence (Optional)

Methods

  • Ferment your rice overnight or for 8-10hours.
  • Wash your ginger and cloves and add to your fermented rice and blend then sieve. (Add water according to how thick you want your drink)
  • After sieving, add your sugar and essence and stir very well and refrigerate.
  • Cut your apples into small pieces and put into your glass or bottle and add your cold drink.
