- Banana/Apple or Lemon essence (Optional)
- Ferment your rice overnight or for 8-10hours.
- Wash your ginger and cloves and add to your fermented rice and blend then sieve. (Add water according to how thick you want your drink)
- After sieving, add your sugar and essence and stir very well and refrigerate.
- Cut your apples into small pieces and put into your glass or bottle and add your cold drink.
